Well, you have three main opinions of people at birth:
1. Born Good. Some people believe that all people are born naturally good and the world forces them to be bad because of the circumstances they are put into. Also believe that everyone has some good in them no matter what. (Common in children's movies)
2. Born Evil Other people believe that some people are born purely evil and there is no way to change them.

Often people answe that question with a name, but a name isn't a person, it's a series of letters. Sure your name is important, without it we'd have no idea what to call eachother. But a name has no description, it bears no meaning unless it is attatched to a person.
